HOW DO YOU MEASURE YOUR RING SIZE

A ring sizer tool is a good start however, if you do not have one then following these simple steps will work too.

  1. Start off with a piece of paper or string approx. 1.4cm/ 0.5 inches wide.
  2. Wrap it around the base or middle knuckle section of the finger you want to measure.
  3. Use a pen to mark the exact point where the paper/ string ends overlap - this will make a compete circle.
  4. Now use a ruler to measure the (mm) length of the paper/ string from the start to the point of the pen mark.
  5. Towards the bottom of this page is a uk ring size chart showing all measurements and what they convert to.

ANOTHER WAY ♡ If you're still unsure, here's another way:
  1. Find a ring that comfortably fits your finger.
  2. Place the ring centred on a ruler, making sure the left side of the ring band is directly on the first millimetre (mm) ~ by doing this you are measuring the inner diameter of your ring which = your ring size. See photo below for example.
    3.   The inner diameter is 16mm which converts to uk ring size K.
    4.   Below is the uk ring size's chart, US in (inches) and what they are converted to from A-Z.

WHAT ELSE NEEDS TO BE CONSIDERED?

        • Fingers can increase or decrease in size depending on the temperature. So, try to avoid                           measuring on particularly warm or cold days as this could impact your rings size estimate.

        • Your dominant hand is often bigger therefore your index finger on your right hand could be                     slightly bigger than on your left and, vice versa.

        • For a more accurate fit, it's best to measure your finger in the evening because this is when                   your finger is the largest.
