HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday excluding UK Bank Holidays.

I aim to dispatch all handmade orders within 6 working days as each unique creation is specially handcrafted for you. Items that are not handmade will be shipped within 1-2 working days.

This may take longer during busy moments throughout the year such as new jewellery announcements/ special releases, holidays and sales.

CARING FOR YOUR JEWELLERY

Keep your jewellery in the best condition for as long as possible, here’s how:

        • To prevent damage, always keep your jewellery fastened and tangle free.

        • Ensure all jewellery is removed before any contact with moisture ~ water, perfume or lotion.

Gold and Sterling Silver are easy to look after/ clean. As they can tarnish over time, if necessary, you can easily make a homemade solution consisting of baking soda and lukewarm water.

1. Mix baking soda and lukewarm water to create a paste.
2. Apply to the tarnished areas with a damp cloth.
3. Allow to sit for 3 minutes.
4. Using a soft, lint-free cloth, gently rub the tarnished areas away.
