I ship worldwide via Royal Mail. All shipping is tracked and once your order has been packed, you will receive tracking number confirmation via email.

        • Orders are not shipped on bank holidays.  

        • During busy moments throughout the year such as new jewellery announcements/ special                   releases, holidays and sales, orders may take slightly longer to reach you as opposed to my                   usual time frames listed above.

        • I aim to dispatch all handmade orders within 6 working days as each unique creation is specially handcrafted for you. Items that are not handmade will be shipped within 1-2 working days.

        • Ultrxblac is not responsible for any customs and duties cost incurred when receiving your                     order. You (the customer) is and if they are not paid, your order will be returned to us.
