Please handle all jewellery with care and love. ♡
All jewellery are both non-refundable and/ or exchangeable as each piece is uniquely custom handmade for you, so please be absolutely certain before placing your order.
If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase of the Umi necklace, Acaia necklace or Kiko hoops then you can return it to me within 14 days of receiving your purchase for a full refund excluding shipping fees. Please email: [email protected] with your full name, order number and 'Return' as the subject.
Please note that no exchanges or refunds can be made on handmade items however, if damaged upon delivery, please email me at: [email protected]
Unless faulty, for hygiene reasons, we cannot replace or refund earrings and goods which have been removed from their individual packaging.
At present, I unfortunately do not cover the cost of return shipping, so this will need to be paid by you (the customer).
I highly suggest returning the item by Recorded Delivery for your own records and you can also add tracking too if preferred.
Expect an email response from[email protected] within 4 business working days of receipt upon receiving the item.
